Mechanics that service roof top units are often a dime-a-dozen. Their work is often limited to replacing filters and checking belts. At TCR Mechanical our basic service contract includes ensuring the operation of all unit functions as equipped including: fan, heat, heat staging, cooling, cool staging, and economizers. Other contract options include cleaning indoor and outdoor coils, seasonally adjusting dampers (as needed), and more.
